In this study, firstly a third party logistics (3PL) company’s performance was measured by the multi-dimensional performance method of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). According to experts opinion, 24 criterias are located in BSC was weighted by Analytic Network Process (ANP) analysis. Two scores were obtained that are expected to decrease and increase according to the polarity of criterias. In order to estimate the probablity of reaching expected company’s performance target score, Markov Chains was performed. As a result of the analysis the firms expectations on the 90% and over timely delivery rate can be obtained with the probablity of 84 %. Keywords: Logistics, Third Party Logistics (3PL), Balanced Score Card (BSC), Analytic Network Process (ANP), Markov Chain.
