So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Culpa in contrahendo sorumluluğu Türk Hukuk sisteminde kanuni düzenlemelere konu olmamıştır. Ancak Yargıtay kararlarında ve doktrinde bu sorumluluk türünün uygulanabileceği kabul edilmiştir. Tarafların sözleşme yapmak üzere müzakerelere başlamalarıyla birlikte söz konusu sorumluluk alanı meydana gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada culpa in contrahendo sorumluluğu ve hukuki niteliği üzerindeki tartışmalar ele alınmıştır.
