Training qualified teachers is a very important goal to increase quality of education. Today, Educational faculties are responsible for teacher training to sustain education system. School experience and on-site teaching practice courses are key factors in teacher training to nurture students in order to know their job and get necessary knowledge and skills. These courses have very important functions in teacher training but there are some problems about them. In this study we have investigated the senior teachers’ problem about school experience and teaching practice courses with using case study method. According to the results, mostly stated problems of students are: distance between campus and school, different time schedules in schools, lack of guidance from academicians, extra-curricular duties from school teachers, inappropriate school placement. We have tried to develop some suggestions for problems. We hope this limited study may help next research and studies aiming to develop and conducting these courses.
