Özet:

Abstract The Janissary, forming a part of the military forces of the Ottoman Empire, was seen to provide important services in terms of geographic expansion and overall layout of the state. Janissaries, , drew generally favorable profiles as the pillars of power and order on a national and international scale. However, starting from the end of the XV. century, from the reign of Murad III, deterioration in the structure of the military was seen. This corruption led to an appearance of conflict in the settled Janissaries and public relations. Some of the janissaries of social life engaged in bullying and disobedience against property, life and chastity during the normal times of general peace and order with the "janissary claim" and by abusing this profession. This corruption caused a larger social hatred against them. This state revealed not only that the general indiscipline and rebellion aroused; but also that janissaries started, personally, in a more narrow and specific sense, in every aspect of life, to poison social life in an unimaginable behavior and they needed to be handicapped. The Janissary- public conflict was limited to XVII th century, and showed an increase in the XVIII th century. During the period starting from the last quarter of the XVIII th century until the abolition of the Janissary in 1826, the conflict situation with the public peaked.
