Career is the basic concept that individuals encounter in their professional life. Individuals implement career concept by planning their professional development and try to reach their professional goals by the help of the information, skills and experiences they gain. In this context, career can be described as self-development and self-improvement of individuals by planned and systematic efforts. The aim of this study is to determine the caree choices of the students having education in Pınarhisar Vocational College within the framework of Holland’s vocational personality theory and to analyze whether these choices differ in terms of students’ demographical characteristics. The data obtained by the help of a questionnaire were analysed. After the factor analysis, it was found that these career choices were represented by six factors. These factors are Social, Investigative, Artistic, Conventional, Realistic and Enterprising. It was found that these factors differed in terms of students’ demographical characteristics. It can be stated that this study contributes to the related literature
