In this paper, the relationship between the job satisfaction levels and organizational commitment levels of the sales representatives, who are working at local and foreign companies in Turkish Drug Sector, is investigated. At first, the employees' attitude of organizational commitment and their job satisfaction levels are measured and then the effects of their genders and their monthly income on the job satisfaction levels are assessed. In the first part of the study, the “job satisfaction” levels of the foreign and local companies’ representatives are analyzed by using a 20-item "Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale" and also a 31-item "Institutional Commitment" scale is applied. While the results of the research support the phenomenon of job satisfaction in terms of gender and monthly income, they indicate that there is a positive relationship between the institutional commitment and certain variables
