In general, the budgets, which estimated an annual income and expenditures of the government and are in the nature of a document, also they have some economic, financial and social effects. Public expenditures are interfered with the budgets which are a tool of fulfilling commitments of the governments. Other policies, especially policies are in the nature of investment, closely are known to be affected by budget policies. It’s quite important that allowances, which were allocated with the central government budget, whether they are used to be efficient, effective, economic and productive or not on policies of the sports and sports investments in terms of both the governments and fiscal discipline. Otherwise, budget deficits occurring due to the resources allocated to the investment, are closed by borrowing and this situation brings heavy interest from here. In this study, the Sports Directorate General of annual budgets, which is the most influential actor the field of sport, whether they are used to the active, effective and productive or not; were attempted to be investigated and analyzed through the tables of investment, budget, establishment of facility, the number of sportsmen and sports activities. When the results were evaluated, it was found to be positive and a correlation in the same direction both sports investments and achievements that were obtained in sports between with the increase in the amount of funds and other findings obtained were discussed
