Abstract enIn this study, it is tried to find out the product, process, marketing, and organizational innovation performance of Turkish firms and innovation performance determinants by using the 2012 Innovation Questionnaire data collected by Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). In this context, after put forward the innovation performance of Turkish firms, the impacts of firm size, proportion of various activities, innovation expenditure of firms in total expenditures, financial support, co-operation arrangements on innovation activities, sources of information, methods for maintaining or increasing the competitiveness, goals, strategies and obstacles in innovative firms on innovation performance of Turkish firms were evaluated
