Abstract enThis study sets out to find out whether the level of perceived work stress (AİS), unaccomplishment (MTÖ-DY), personal achievement (MTÖ-KB), Emotional burnout (MTÖ-DG) and job satisfaction (İT) by personal characteristics. This is a cross sectional study and as a means of measurement questionnaire technique was employed. No sampling was taken and the 80% of the population was included in the study. The level of burnout of the paramedics is low, job satisfaction above average; perceived work stress was around average. In the study, it has been found out that gender, marital status, having children or not, and age variables did not have effect on MTÖ-DG, MTÖ-DY, MTÖ-KB, AİS and IT levels. In terms of the other variables, different results have been observed. Personal achievement, emotional burnout, depersonalization and perceived work stress of those at 112 Ambulance Services Directorate should be measured at certain periods and in the event that there is increase in the level of burnout, work stress and decrease in job satisfaction, necessary corrective policies should be put into effect. Situations that could affect the health of the employees should be eradicated.
