Abstract ento entrepreneurship orientation and organizational culture and to determine any different behavior patterns about entrepreneurship orientation contractors whom works in construction sector. For that purpose; the scale which was developed by Cameron and Quinn (1999) to evaluate the organizational Instrument) and the scale which was developed / used by Fis and Wasti (2009) to evaluate the entrepreneurship orientation are used. When the findings are evaluated, it has been identified that designers and contractors are domineted by clan type organization culture and contractors are more entrepreneurial than designers. In addition, there is a statistically significant correlation between the size and age of the firms with the concept of organizational culture and entrepreneurial orientation and it has emerged that entrepreneurial orientation has inverse relationship with education level
