Although strategic management has performance-based approach in global competitive environment, every firms applying strategic management process can’t increase their performance. There is a lot of factor in that issue. In this context, it is believed that the person-organization fit has a moderating role in the relationship between strategic management and organizational performance. So, it is conducted a research in tourism sector to determine the effect of strategic management on organizational performance and to determine whether there is a moderating effect of POfit in this relationship. As a result of this analysis, The results shown there is a relationship between strategic management and organizational performance and also there is a moderating effect of POfit in this relationship
