The main objective of this research was to examine the mediating role of psychological ownership and the moderating role of life satisfaction in the relationship between person-organization fit and organizational identification. In this framework, data were collected by a survey approach from 387 employees working in the private textile industry in Erzincan. SPSS 22, AMOS 23, and SPSS PROCESS MACRO programs were used to analyze the data. As a result, it was found that psychological ownership has a mediating role in the positive relationship between person-organization fit and organizational identification. Moreover, within the scope of the moderated mediation model, it was discovered that life satisfaction has a moderating role in the indirect effect of person-organization fit (through psychological ownership) on organizational identification. In previous studies in the literature, there are no studies examining the relationship between person-organization fit and organizational identification, together with the mediator of psychological ownership and the moderator role of life satisfaction. In this respect, it is expected that the research will provide an important source and contribution to the literature.
