In this study, it is aimed to investigate the relationship between empowerment and commitment in term of accommodation operations. In this concept, the direction and force of relation was determinate by conducting a study over four and five stars hotels' employees in the province of Antalya and Muğla. In other side, the diversification of the relationship between empowerment and commitment in accordance with demographic factors of sample group was searched. As a result, there was found a strong relationship (r=0,436) between the empowerment perception and organizational commitment of employees. In other words, it was understood that empowerment positively effects the commitment of employee to the organization.
