Pre-school age is the most precious period in the life of the individual thus has a critical education to be taken during this period. A quality education is only possible with a quality educational curriculum. Therefore, to be held in pre-school education curriculum development work is of utmost importance. In this study, preschool applied in examining the characteristics of the pre-school education curriculum and Turkey by comparison with the education curriculum to eliminate the program's inability implemented in Turkey and / or is intended to provide guidance to strengthen the positive features. Research is used to document analysis of qualitative research methods. Data collection form was used to reach data. In light of the findings, Ministry of Naitional Education 2013 program in which the students are more passive than other programs and teachers were found to play a more active role.
