The purpose of this study is to define the views of the teachers working in high schools in Usak province and its districts about the ability of school administrators to manage the crisis in school according to various varieties. 370 teachers, working at high schools in 2013-2014 academic year, participated in this research which was done with quantitive research method. Data is collected with "The scale of elementary school principals' crisis management skills" developed by Aksu and Deveci in 2009. According to the findings, teachers consider the ability of school administrators to manage the crisis as moderate. According to the schools type variable, general high school teachers ; according to the gender, male teachers evaluated the ability of school administrators to manage crisis as more than enough in the dimension of "crisis moment" and "post-crisis". Teachers participating in in-service training considered the ability of school administrators to manage the crisis in the dimension of "pre-crisis", "crisis moment" and "post crisis" as significantly more than enough. At schools, in crisis management, to increase hte success of school administrators, "crisis management" trainings in which all school employees participate, should be given priority and the proposal to expand the authority usage of school administrators can be proposed.
