In this survey, investigating primary school teachers' perception about organizational trust in terms of several variables was aimed. The research was designed according to the scanning model. The research population consisted of 5512 teachers working in 161 primary schools in the city center of Diyarbakır in 2010-2011 Academic Year. 1100 teachers working in these schools consisted of the sample. The number of the sample was set with disproportional group sampling method. "Organizational Trust Scale" developed by Dabavol (1994) and adapted to Turkish by Yılmaz (2005 was used. Alpha internal consistency coefficient of the scale is 0,97. T-test and Anova were used for analyzing data as statistical techniques. These primary school teachers' perception about organizational trust is at "middle level" and that female teachers trust school organization much more than male teachers have been stated in the study. According to the results, that applications improving primary school teachers' perception about organizational trust must be carried out has been proposed.
