‘MEB Rehberlik ve Teftiş Başkanlığı ve Maarif Müfettişleri Başkanlıkları Yönetmeliği’nin 24.05.2014 tarihinde yayımlanarak yürürlüğe girmesi ile ders denetimi görevi müfettişlerden alınarak tamamen müdürlere devredilmiştir. Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin okul müdürlerinin ders denetimlerine ilişkin görüşleri, ders denetimi görevinin tamamen okul müdürüne devredilmiş olmasını nasıl karşıladıkları ve okul müdürlerinin ders denetimlerini etkili bulup bulmadıkları araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın, ders denetiminin daha işlevsel hale getirilmesine katkı sunması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde Amasya’da bulunan bir ilkokulda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma grubunu 10 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Veriler 12 soruluk yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre: Öğretmenlerin %80’i ders denetimlerini okul müdürlerinin yapması gerektiği görüşündedirler. Öğretmenler kendilerini denetleyen kişilerin bir ya da iki ders saati içerisinde kendilerinin öğretmenlik becerileri ile ilgili çıkarımlarda bulunmalarından memnun olmadıklarını okul müdürünün denetleme konusunda daha objektif ve doğru kararlar verdiklerini düşündüklerini ifade etmişlerdir.
The MEB Directorate and Inspectorate Presidency and the Maarif Inspectors Presidency Regulations entered into force on 24.05.2014, with the task of teaching inspection taken from inspectors and completely transferred to the directors. In this study, the teachers’ opinions on school managers’ class inspections, how they accept that the class inspection task has been fully transferred to the school managers, and whether school managers find the class inspections effective. The study is intended to contribute to making the class audit more functional. The research has been used by the scientific system. The research was carried out with class teachers working in a primary school in Amasya during the 2016-2017 academic year. The work group consists of 10 class teachers. The data was collected with 12 questions in a semi-configured interview form. According to the findings from the study: 80% of teachers believe that the teaching audits should be carried out by the school directors. Teachers expressed that they were not satisfied with the fact that the persons who control themselves were not satisfied with the conclusions of their teaching skills within one or two hours, and that they thought they made more objective and correct decisions on the supervision of the school director.
