Abstract:

It is known that since the day the human being appears on the stage of history, he hears and shapes human life. The developing beliefs associated with religions have played an important role in the disclosure of temples, tomb monuments and numerous craft products. All these elements that appear are one of the important elements of their identity belonging to communities. The healing traces, among the numerous ethnographic works that document the art of the communities that have lived in the past, separate from other works, also carry traces of the world of faith of the time to which it belongs. Thro the history of spirit and body, man has been seeking medet to find healing from many things. People from the past to the present have often entered into two searches to find healing. One of them is medical pathways and the other is the religion that is seen in every society as a common sign of all communities and the sacred books that come into this scope. The healing tases that evolve depending on religion have been used by humans to address the need for healing in two different ways. One of them is to get rid of the illnesses of the body, the other is to get rid of the mental disorders. The healing tasses are an important ethnographic work group in the translation of religious traditions that have become an important part of the Anadolu culture with the acceptance of Islam by the Turks. In this context, a group of works found in the Malatya Peshkonaklar Ethnography Museum, which formed the basis of the work, were discussed, and the art practices were tried to be trained with the understanding of healing searches connected with the faith traditions of the time they belong to.
