Hadis usulünün netameli konuları bir sıralamaya tabi tutulduğunda hiç şüphesiz “mürsel hadis” bu listenin başlarında yer almaktadır. İslam’ın temel kaynaklarından Hz. Peygamber’in (sa) sünnetinin habercisi konumundaki hadislerin makbullüğü hakkında öne sürülen bazı şartlar incelendiğinde, tarihten günümüze değin mürsel hadisler hakkında önemli tartışmaların bulunduğu görülmektedir. Şâfiî öncesi mürsel hakkında pek ciddi bir tartışma bulunmazken Şâfiî sonrası isnadın merkeze alınması sonucunda hadislerin muttasıl oluşuna vurgu, mürsel rivayetlerin hücciyetini tartışmaya açmıştır. Nitekim Şâfiî sonrası oluşan hadis usulü literatürünün öncüleri olan Hâkim, Hatîb el-Bagdâdî ve İbnü’s-Salâh gibi alimler Şâfiî’nin izini takip ederek mürsel hadisin hücciyeti hakkında bir takım sözler sarf etmişlerdir. İbnü’s-Salâh hadisçi olması hasebiyle mürsel hadisi tek başına delil kabul etmemekle birlikte fakih olması hasebiyle de metni merkeze alan ilk dönem fukahanın bakışına değer vermektedir. Bu bağlamda İbnü’s-Salâh isnad ve metni merkeze alan her iki yaklaşıma da hak veren bir perspektifle objektif olarak hareket ettiğini söylememiz mümkündür. İbnü’s-Salâh sonrası hadis usulü eserlerinde mürsel özelinde mühim oranda onun takip edilmesi İbnü’s-Salâh’ın söz konusu yaklaşımının haklılığını göstermektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmamızda mürsel hadisler ve mürsel kavramı çerçevesinde İbnü’s-Salâh’ın hadis usulü literatüründeki etkisi üzerinde durulacaktır. Bu çerçevede makalemiz İbnü’s-Salâh öncesi Mürsel, İbnü’s-Salâh’ta Mürsel ve İbnü’s-Salâh sonrası Mürsel şeklinde üç başlık altında incelenecektir. Çalışmamızda içerik analiz yöntemi uygulanmıştır.
