Abstract:

The aim of this study is to analyze the business satisfaction of the competitive judges working in Turkey in terms of various variables. The research group consists of a total of 162 people, including 120 national and 42 international competition judges working in different regions and provinces of Turkey. The study used the Personal Information Form, which consists of 15 questions as a data collection tool, and the Minnesota Business Doyum Scale. In the analysis of the data, the percentage (%) of the identifiable statistics were used by the frequency, average and standard deviation values. However, to identify the differences between the various variables, independent groups have been used to test t and one-way variance analysis (Anova). The findings found that the average age of the competing judges is 37 years old, and that the majority of the judges (95 percent) are made up of male judges (91,5 percent). As a result, it was found that competing judges received a medium level of value in terms of business satisfaction. It is important that the fair arrangement of practices such as promotion, assignment, to increase the level of employment satisfaction of the judges. It is believed that the increase in the income obtained from the arbitration to attract the average business satisfaction to a higher level, the elevation of the arbitration categories will increase the level of business satisfaction of the judges.
