Many health information that has been re-built through the media is presented as the realities of today. Television, which is a traditional communication tool, has been criticized especially for the programs published for women on the axis of direct, or indirect, treatment of health and program contents. At the beginning of the criticisms is the transformation of a complicated issue such as health and treatment and methods in medical science into an ideological commodity through aesthetic concerns through nutrition and beauty fetishization. This study, which is based on these criticisms of “There is no disease! There is patient”, aims to reveal the opinions of the students in the health sciences about information transmitted in women/ health programs, the way doctors take part in the media, presentation of health information in program contents, used during the presentation and transmitted suggestions. Through interviews, ‘Nutrition and Dietetics’ and ‘Nursing’ students, who are considered as future experts, have been consulted. As a result of in-depth interviews, it has been determined that the perspectives of the programs differ according to their area of study. Furthermore, when the obtained data was evaluated in general, the following results have been achieved; students do not follow women/ health programs regularly, the negative perspectives of such programs are in the majority, the information that should be specific to the person, such as nutrition and diet, is presented as if they are valid for everyone without considering individuality, such programs may have negative effects on viewers and the likelihood of this information being implemented by viewers is high.
