Bu çalışmada, havayolu şirketlerinin birbirleri arasındaki göreceli lojistik performans düzeylerinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Şirketlerin lojistik performans düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla, maliyet, verimlilik, servis kalitesi, fiyat ve yönetim boyutları baz alınmış ve bu boyutları temsil eden birim işletme maliyeti, işgücü verimliliği, filo verimliliği, yolcu yük faktörü, zamanında performans, emniyet, uçuş frekansı, ortalama ücret, gelir artışı, net kar marjı, pazar payı alt verileri incelemeye dahil edilmiştir. Veriler, şirketlerin yayınladıkları yıllık finansal tablolardan, Skytrax raporlarından ve açık kaynaklarda yer alan çalışmalardan elde edilmiştir. Kriterlerin ağırlıkları havacılık sektöründe çalışan uzmanlardan alınan görüşler, Shannon Entropi yöntemi ve basit ağırlıklandırma ile belirlenmiştir. Kriterler üç farklı ağırlık oranına göre TOPSIS yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, 1. ve 2. sıradaki şirketlerin sadece 0,01 puanlık bir fark ile değişiklik gösterdiği bunun dışında ise uzman görüşü ve entropi yöntemi ile elde edilen sıralamanın aynı olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak her bir kriterin ağırlığı eşit olarak alındığında alternatiflerin sıralamasının değiştiği gözlemlenmiştir.
In this study, a study was conducted to determine the relative logistics performance levels between airline companies. In order to determine the logistics performance levels of companies, the cost, efficiency, service quality, price and management dimensions are based and the unit representing these dimensions is included in the study of operating costs, labour efficiency, fleet efficiency, passenger load factor, timely performance, safety, flight frequency, average wage, income increase, net profit margin, market share subdata. The data is obtained from the company’s annual financial statements, Skytrax reports, and open-source studies. The weights of the criteria are determined by the opinions obtained from experts working in the aviation industry, Shannon Entropi method and simple weighting. The criteria were analyzed using the TOPSIS method according to three different weight ratio. The study found that the companies in the 1st and 2nd rankings varied with a difference of only 0.01 points, but the ranking was the same with the expert opinion and entropic method. However, when the weight of each criterion is taken equally, the ranking of alternatives has been observed.

The data was obtained from annual financial statements issued by the companies, from Skytrax reports and from studies in open source. The weights of the criteria were determined by experts from the aviation sector, Shannon Entropy method and simple weighting. The criteria were analyzed using the TOPSIS method for three different weight ratios. As a result of the research, it is seen that the rankings obtained by the expert opinion and entropy method are the same except that the first and second companies vary only by a 0.01 point difference. However, when the weight of each criterion is taken as equal, it is observed that the order of the alternatives is changed.
