Abstract:

Students who are unable to go to school unless they are treated due to their health condition, are educated at home or in the hospital if they meet the necessary conditions. Students who want to study at home should apply to the guidelines and research centers in their area with a health report that shows that the student who is treated will not be able to continue to school for at least 12 weeks. Teachers who are the main actors of the education service at home are responsible for direct management of the process. Giving students individual education at home or at the hospital has made teachers an important source of information on this subject. This research aims to examine the opinions of teachers in the classes of students who continue their training at home or in the hospital due to their health status. The research work group consists of 10 teachers who are registered in the Women's Guide and Research Center, which serves in the province of Istanbul or Kadıköy, in their home or hospital training courses. The research quality is planned in the draft "olgubilim" of the research methods. As a data collection tool, the researchers used a semi-configured interview form that was prepared by researching the relevant research and taking the expert opinion. The data was collected by face-to-face interviews using semi-configured question forms. The data collected was made meaningful by evaluating the content analysis technique. According to the research, teachers who are assigned to education services at home and in the hospital find this practice very useful. When teachers evaluate educational services at home, they have trouble achieving technology, they have a negative impact on the motivation of the course because of the students are in the treatment process, they have also commented on the issues of frequent interruption of the course for the student’s treatment and the improvement of the conditions of the taught teachers. ARGE works are recommended in order to provide the technological infrastructure to teachers in the home education service, flexibility of the teaching programmes to be used in the home education by students to be suitable for the student, the classes are organized by receiving information from the institution in which the student is treated and improvements are made in providing the transportation of teachers in the home education.
