This study aims to analyze the effects of organizational supervisor support and job satisfaction on the perceived performance of personnel working for Special Operations Unit of Diyarbakir Province. A 29-items questionnaire including demographic questions was used to test the model developed according to the theoretical construct and the findings of literature review. The survey was delivered to 300 employees of Special Operations Police Unit of Diyarbakir. After data handling, a total number of 170 completed questionnaires were used for analysis. It was found that supervisor support and job satisfaction had a significant effect on organizational performance of employees. Job satisfaction and supervisor support explained the 28% of variance in organizational performance
