Today, it is possible to mention two important factors that affecting the success of employees and the organizations. These factors are manager’s “leadership” approachs and employees’ “motivation”. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between; transactional, paternalist, transformational, charismatic leadership approachs and motivation of high hierarchical structure public institution’s employees. In this study 122employees participated in the survey.Survey method was used in study. After the obtaining datas were analyzed, some solutions were offered to researchers. As a result of these tests we found a negative relationship between transactional leadership with motivation and positive relationship between transformational leadership with motivation
