Yine bu ccedil;alışma Doğu Anadolursquo;ya ait ağız ccedil;alışmalarının neler olduğu ve bu ccedil;alışmaların kimler tarafından yapıldığını da gouml;stermektedir. Bu makale Doğubayazıtrsquo;tan derlenen metinlerden hareketle Doğubayazıt ağzının ses ouml;zelliklerini accedil;ıklamayı amaccedil;lamıştır. Ses ouml;zellikleri uuml;nluuml; ve uuml;nsuuml;z olmak uuml;zere iki başlık altında değerlendirilmiştir. Uuml;nluuml;lerin ouml;zellikleri uzunluk-kısalık; uuml;nluuml;lerde incelme-kalınlaşma; darlaşma-genişleşme; uuml;nluuml; karşılaşması; uuml;nluuml; benzeşmesi, aykırılaşması; uuml;nluuml; duuml;şmesi, tuuml;remesi gibi alt başlıklar halinde değerlendirilmiş ve her konu iccedil;in ouml;rnekler verilmiştir. Uuml;nsuuml;zlerin ouml;zellikleri gouml;ccedil;uuml;şme, uuml;nsuuml;z ikizleşmesi, tekleşmesi; uuml;nsuuml;z benzeşmesi, uuml;nsuuml;z değişmesi; uuml;nsuuml;z tuuml;remesi, duuml;şmesi gibi alt başlıklar halinde değerlendirilmiş ve ouml;rneklendirilmiştir. Bu makale ayrıca Doğubayazıt ağzının standart konuşma diline hangi youml;nleriyle yaklaştığını ve hangi youml;nleriyle uzaklaştığını belirlemeyi amaccedil;lamıştır. nbsp; ABSTRACT The presentation entitled lsquo;Vocal Characteristics of Doğubayazıt Local Dialectrsquo; is concered with the term lsquo;lokal dialect (ağız)rsquo; and also with the beginning of the studies on Anatolian local dialects. It also focuses on the questions of which provices the local dialect studies concerning Eastern Anatolia belong to and of whom these studies have been done by. The presentation is intended to reveal the vocal characteristics of Doğubayazıt local dialect by considering the texts coppiled from Doğubayazıt. Vocal characteristics are analyzed under two titles: characteristics of vowel and characteristics of consonants. The characteristics of vowels are evalualed under the subtitles of the state of Doğubayazıt local dialect, length-shortness ol vowels, vowel harmonies, palatalisation-velarisation, breaking-extending of vowels, encounter of vowels, vowel similitude, vowel derivative, vowel differentiation and vowel elision. Then examples are given for each subject. The characteristics of consonants are evaluated and exemplified under the titles of metathesis, consonant monopolization, consonant geminate, consonant similitude, consonant exchange, consonant derivative and consonant deletion. The presentation is also intended to determine how far Doğubayazıt local dialect is away from and how close it is to the standart spoken language. It has been concluded that it is necessary to gather the local dialect materials of the Eastern Anatolian local dialects which are not stutied along with the province of Ağrı and that to make language and folk studies on them.
