Ouml;ZET Kullanın alanı buuml;yuuml;k bir yaygınlık ve ccedil;eşitlilik gouml;steren "tuz", ne yazık ki Tuuml;rk tarihccedil;ilerinin ilgi alanına girememiştir. Prof Dr. Luuml;tIıi Guuml;ccedil;er'in Osmanlı tuzlarının organizasyonu ve tuz uuml;retimi konusunda yazdığı makale dışında her hangi bir ccedil;alışma bulunmamaktadır. Bildiğimiz kadarıyla bazı Balkan tarihccedil;ilerinin Balkanlar'daki tuz uuml;retimi ve tuzlalar konusunda, kendi dillerinde yazılmış, araştırmalar bulunmaktadır. Dr. Evangelia Balta'nın "Mora Tuzlaları" konusundaki araştırması yayın aşamasına gelmiştir. Konunun bu denli bakir olması araştırmacıların olgunluk duuml;zeyi yuuml;ksek makaleler yazmasını zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu makalede biz, Osmanlı tarihccedil;iliği iccedil;in yeni bir alan olana "tuuml;ketim malları" tarihi ccedil;erccedil;evesine yerleştirilmek uuml;zere, 18. yuuml;zyılda Erzurum tuzlalarının yeniden organizasyonunu yazdık. Mukataalann malikane sistemi iccedil;ine alınarak yeniden duuml;zenlenmesi sırasında "merkez" ve "taşranın" tuzların youml;netilmesi iccedil;in oluşturduklan bakış accedil;ısı dikkat ccedil;ekicidir. Osmanlı taşrasındaki bir yeniden duuml;zenleme, mali accedil;ıdan merkezin hedeflediği gibi sonuccedil;lanmıştır. ABSTRACT "Salt" which has an extensive and assorted usage in daily life, unfortunately, does not attract middot;the interest of Turkish historians yet. There is not any study except ProfLuuml;tfi Guuml;ccedil;ec's article on the Salt-resource (tuzla) and salt production in Ottornan State. So far as we know, there are some studies about salt production and tuzlas in Balkans written in their own language by Balkanian historians. Dr Evangelia Balta's research for Mora Tuzlaları is forthcomİng. Such disinterestedness in the subject makes the researcher to write high-Ievcl artic1es dıfficult. in this artic1e we wrote the reorganization of Erzurum tuzlas in 18th century to be taken within a brand new field of consumption goods history for Otoman history writing. During the re-regulation of Mukataas arter taken within Malikane system, it is quite remarkable the viewpoint of eenter and provinces for the management of ıuzlas. The result of such a re-regulation in Otornan provinces from the fiseal viewpoint has been just like the Centre aimed.
ÖZET Use area büyük is a prevalence and çequality gösteren "salt", unfortunately Türk has not entered the area of interest of the historyçs. Prof Dr. Lütİi Güçer has written about the organization of the Ottoman salts and the salt üreparation and there is no çwork. As far as we know, some of the Balkan historyçs have studies written in their own languages on the salt üfood and salt in the Balkans. Dr. Evangelia Balta’s research on the “Mora Salts” has come to the publication stage. The subject is so mad that it makes it difficult for researchers to write maturity düzeyi yüksek articles.
