Yapılan bu araştırmanın amacı; 28 Şubat postmodern darbe süreci ve etkilerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Cumhuriyet bakımından yeterli ilerlemeye ulaşamamış ülkelerde sivil ve askeri bölümlerde kesin bir çizgi çizilemediği gibi bazı zaman dilimlerinde askeri kanadın politikaya dâhil olmaktan geri durmadığı hususlar mevcuttur. Bu durumla ilişkili olarak, demokratik milletlerde muhtıra, müdahale ve askeri darbe vb. hadiselerin görülme olasılığı çok düşükken; demokratik açıdan gelişmemiş ya da gelişmekte olan ülkelerde ise siyaset ve politikaya askeri kanadın darbe veya dolaylı müdahale şeklinde hareketleri fazlasıyla görülür. Askeri her darbenin veya müdahalenin kendine has özellikleri olsa da 28 Şubat Post-modern Darbesi evvel hareketlerden farklı şekilde görülür. Diğer askeri müdahalelerde, askerin doğrudan payı apaçık belli olsa da, 28 Şubat askeri müdahalesi süreci’nde askerin doğrudan ön planda olmasından ziyade, sivil ve medya toplum kuruluşlarıyla birlikte, siyaset ve politikaya dâhil olup müdahale ettiği belirtilmektedir. Yakın Türk siyaset tarihi’nde yaşanmış olan darbelerin ortak noktası ansızın gelişip yaşanmalarıdır. Fakat 28 Şubat Post-Modern Darbesi kendi başına bir süreçten meydana gelmektedir. 28 Şubat askeri müdahalesi ile birlikte askeri bölüm, sivil halk üstünde öncesine göre çok fazla güç ve baskı kurmuştur.
The aim of this research is to evaluate the 28 February postmodern coup process and its effects. In countries that have not reached sufficient progress in terms of republic, there is no clear line between civilian and military departments, and in some time periods, there are issues where the military wing does not refrain from being involved in politics. In relation to this situation, while the likelihood of memorandum, intervention and military coups etc. is very low in democratic nations, in democratically underdeveloped or developing countries, the military wing's actions in the form of coup or indirect intervention in politics and politics are very common. Although each military coup or intervention has its own characteristics, the 28 February Post-modern Coup is seen differently from the previous movements. Although the direct share of the military in other military interventions is obvious, it is stated that in the 28 February military intervention process, rather than the military being directly at the forefront, it is stated that the military intervened in politics and politics together with civilian and media society organisations. The common point of the coups experienced in the recent Turkish political history is their sudden development and occurrence. However, the 28 February Post-Modern Coup consists of a process of its own. With the 28 February military intervention, the military department has established more power and pressure on the civilian population than before.
