Abstract:

Military duty is a mandatory service that is provided for male citizens. This service is not just a task but also a right. The part of the military duty which is performed in the actual field and called the "patanial duty" in society is the period of mutilation. The military period is fulfilled by the liable. However, by the laws issued from time to time, it may be possible for persons to perform their military duties at a price or by a short training process that is added to that price. If the military duty obligation is a worker/shipman/journalist, the obligation on the employment contract, the size of the labour law, also brings together a set of results. This study evaluates the latest military arrangements made by the Law and the results of this arrangement that may arise from the point of view of the employee/shipman/journalist within the framework of the Labour Law.
