Amaç, öğretmen adaylarının bazı değişkenlere göre mesleki kaygı düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak “ Öğretmen Adayı Kaygı Ölçeği ” kullanılmıştır. Ölçek 2017-2018 öğretim yılının 2. döneminde, bir devlet üniversitesinin ilgili bölümünde öğrenim gören toplam 185 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Analiz için, bağımsız örneklem t-testi, ANOVA kullanılmıştır. Araştrmada elde edilen bulgulara göre adayların görev odaklı kaygılarına ait puanlarının ortalama değeri yüksek ve ben merkezli kaygılarına ait puanlarının ortalama değerinn ise düşük olduğu görülmektedir. Genel anlamda, mesleki kaygı düzeylerinin orta seviyede olduğu, bu düzeyin her üç faktörde de yaş değişkenine göre anlamlı olarak farklılaşmadığı görülmektedir. Cinsiyete göre iki kaygı düzeyine ait puan ortalamalarının farklılaşmadığı, ancak cinsiyet değişkeninin ben merkezli kaygı düzeyine yönelik anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı görülmektedir. Lise değişkenine göre öğrenci - ben merkezli kaygı düzeyine ait puan ortalamalarının anlamlı olarak farklılaşmadığı, fakat meslek lisesi mezunlarının lehine görev merkezli kaygı düzeylerinde anlamlı bir farklılığın olduğu görülmektedir. Araştırma sonuçlarının diğer branşlarda okuyan aday öğretmenler için rehber olacağı ve kapsamının genişletilerek yeni çalışmalar yapılması açısından önem taşıdığı söylenebilir. Sonuç olarak bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The goal is to determine the level of professional anxiety of the teacher candidates according to some variables. In the study, the "Teacher Candidate Worry Scale" was used as a data collection tool. The scale was applied to a total of 185 students studying in the second semester of the 2017-2018 academic year at the relevant department of a public university. For analysis, independent sampling t-test, ANOVA was used. According to the findings obtained in the survey, the average value of the points of the candidates' responsibility-oriented concerns is high and the average value of the points of the concerns of the candidates' responsibility is low. In general, it appears that the levels of occupational anxiety are at a medium level, and that this level does not differ significantly in each of the three factors according to the age variable. It appears that the average score of the two levels of anxiety is not different by gender, but that the gender variable is significantly different towards the self-centered level of anxiety. According to the high school variable; the average score of the student-I-centric concern level does not differ significantly, but there is a significant difference in the task-centric concern levels in the benefit of professional high school graduates. The research results will be a guide for the candidate teachers studying in other branches and it can be said that the scope of the study is important in terms of new studies. As a result, some recommendations were made.
