Tam iyilik halinde olma şeklinde tanımlanan sağlığın, korunması ve devam ettirilmesi için sunulan hizmetler, sağlık hizmeti olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Sunulan ve bireyler tarafından alınan sağlık hizmetlerinin düzeyini etkileyen çeşitli faktörler vardır. Bu faktörlerden birisi, bireyin yaşadığı yerdeki sosyal ve ekonomik gelişmişlik düzeyidir. Türkiye, gelişmekte olan ülkelerden birisi olmasına karşın iller arasında gelişmişlik düzeyleri arasında farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. Farklılıklar, illerde sunulan sağlık hizmetleri düzeyinde de kendisini göstermektedir. Bu nedenle çalışmada, illeri gelişmişlik düzeyi ile sağlık hizmetleri seviyeleri dikkate alınarak kendi aralarındaki farklılıklar incelenmiştir. Çalışmada kümeleme analizi yöntemlerinden Ward tercih edilmiştir. 81 ili kapsayan analizde 31 adet sağlık değişkeni kullanılmıştır. Sağlık değişkenleri T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın hazırladığı “Sağlık İstatistikileri Yıllığı”ndan elde edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, illerin sosyal ve ekonomik gelişmişlik düzeyleri ile sağlık hizmetleri düzeyleri arasında pozitif bir ilişki olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
The services offered for the preservation and continuation of health, defined in the form of being in full well-being, are called health services. There are various factors that affect the level of health care provided and received by individuals. One of these factors is the level of social and economic development in the place where the individual lives. Although Turkey is one of the developing countries, there are differences in development levels between the countries. The differences are also shown in the level of health care provided in the provinces. Therefore, in the study, the differences between each other were studied taking into account the level of development and the level of health care. In the study, Ward was preferred from cumulative analysis methods. In the analysis of 81 years, 31 health changes were used. Health changes in T.C. The report was published by the Ministry of Health’s “Statistics of the Year”. The analysis found that there was a positive relationship between the levels of social and economic development of the provinces and the levels of healthcare.
