Araştırma Görevliliğinde Tek Tip Kadro Türüne Geçişte Araştırma Görevlilerinin Görüşleri

Abstract:

Yapılan bu araştırmanın genel amacı; farklı kadro çeşitleriyle atanan araştırma görevlilerinin kadro çeşitliliği ile ilgili görüşlerini ve tek tip kadro türüyle atamaya giden süreçte atama ölçütlerine yönelik görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bu araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışmasına örnektir. Araştırmada veriler araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu farklı üniversitelerde araştırma görevlisi olarak çalışan ve lisansüstü eğitimlerine devam eden 15 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri; içerik analizi ve betimsel analiz yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre 50d kadrosunda bulunan araştırma görevlilerinin, 33a kadrosunda bulunanlara kıyasla iş garantisi olmaması nedeniyle çeşitli kaygılar yaşadıkları ve bu kaygıların akademik ve sosyal hayatlarını etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Kadro çeşitliliğinin sürekli değişmesi, ÖYP programına dahil olanların haklarının elinden alınması ve geri verilmemesi gibi sorunlar araştırma görevlilerinin akademiye, akademik gelişime ve akademik geleceğe yönelik kaygılarını artırmaktadır. Ayrıca atanma ölçütleriyle ilgili olarak; yabancı dil puanına ağırlık verilmesi, yabancı dil sınavının standart ve dil becerisini her boyutuyla ölçen bir test olarak düzenlenmesi, nitelikli mülakat ya da nitelikli ve merkezi bir bilim sınavının atanmada etkili olması, lisans eğitimi sırasında katılınılan bilimsel etkinliklerin dikkate alınması önerileri getirilmiştir. Araştırma görevlilerinin nitelikli yayın yapmaları, katma değeri yüksek ürünler ortaya koyabilmeleri için gelecek kaygısı veya işsiz kalma korkusu olmadan çalışabilecekleri ortamlar sağlanması gerektiği düşünülmektedir.

Opinions of researchers on the transition to a single type of staff in research responsibility

Abstract:

The general purpose of this research is to determine the views of the researchers appointed with different types of staff on the diversity of staff and their views on the assignment criteria in the process of appointment with a single type of staff. This research is an example of the research methods. In the study, the data was collected with a semi-configured interview form developed by the researchers. The research work group consists of 15 participants who work as a research officer at different universities and continue their postgraduate studies. The data of the research was analyzed by means of content analysis and visual analysis method. According to the results of the analysis, the researchers in the 50d staff were found to have various concerns due to the lack of job guarantees compared to those in the 33a staff, and these concerns affected their academic and social life. Problems such as the continuous change in staff diversity, the loss and non-return of the rights of those involved in the OYP program increase the concerns of researchers about the academic, academic development and academic future. In relation to the assignment criteria; the emphasis on the foreign language score, the arrangement of the foreign language exam as a test measuring the standard and language skills in all dimensions, the effectiveness of the appointment of a qualified or qualified and central scientific exam, the consideration of the scientific activities participated during the bachelor's training. It is believed that researchers should be able to make qualified publications, to reveal high added-value products, and to provide environments in which they can work without fear of future concerns or fear of unemployment.

View Of Research Assistants On The Transition To Monotype Staffing In Research Assistantship

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to determine the opinions of research assistants who have been appointed to a uniform position through the various provisions on position diversity and the appointment criteria in the appointment process. This research is a case study from among the qualitative research methods. The data in the research have been collected using a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. The study group consists of 15 participants continuing their graduate studies working as research assistants at different universities. Data have been analyzed using descriptive and content analyses. According to the analysis results with regard to the various provisional appointments, research assistants for the 50d position are seen to have more worries than research assistants for the 33a position due to the lack of guaranteed employment, which affects their academic and social lives. Among the findings, problems such as continuous changes in position diversity, disentitlement of those appointed by the Academic Staff Training Program and not returning their rights to them are also seen to have increased research assistants’ concerns regarding academia, their academic improvement, and academic future. As for research assistants’ appointment criteria, adjustıng the process ıs suggested by focusing more on foreign language scores, standardizing foreign language tests that measure all aspects of language skills, having quality interviews or a quality centralized examination, and including scientific activities that have been participated in during their undergraduate years in the process. In order to make qualified scientific publications and to have publications emerge with high added value, research assistants should neither live in a fear of becoming unemployed nor live with anxiety about the future; a work environment should be provided in accordance with these.
