ELAZIĞ İLİ’NDE ARAZİ KULLANIMI DEĞİŞİMİ (2006-2018) VE SİMÜLASYONU (2030)

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, Elazığ ilinde arazi kullanımındaki değişim ve bu değişime etki eden faktörler değerlendirilmiştir. Arazi kullanımında meydana gelen değişiklikler “Land Use Change Modeler/Arazi Değişim Modelcisi” ile analiz edilmiştir. Değişimin boyutları değişim matrisi, değişim haritaları ve kazanç-kayıp grafikleri ile ortaya konmuştur. Meydana gelen değişimi açıklamak için jeomorfoloji, toprak, jeoloji, hidrografya, arazi kabiliyet gibi değişkenlerle birlikte güncel uydu görüntüleri ve sosyo-ekonomik süreçler incelenmiştir. Söz konusu değişkenler ve değişim matrisleri kullanılarak, 2030 yılına ait arazi kullanımı simülasyonu oluşturulmuştur. Simülasyon sürecinde, ilk olarak Markov Zinciriyle arazi kullanımı projeksiyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Daha sonra 6 bağımsız değişken kullanılarak Yapay Sinir Ağlarıyla (YSA), geçiş alanları olasılık haritası oluşturulmuştur. Son olarak, rekabet mekanizması Hücresel Otomatı (HO) ile simülasyon haritası elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, birçok arazi kullanım sınıfında büyük ve dikkate değer değişikliklerin yaşandığını göstermektedir. Özellikle insan baskısının yoğun olduğu yerleşme alanları ile tarımsal araziler bu açıdan ön plana çıkmaktadır. Gelecekte bu alanlar daha fazla değişime ve dönüşüme uğrayacaktır. Simülasyon sonuçlarına göre, bitki örtüsü az alanlar, mera alanları ve iç sulara ait arazilerin alanı azalacak, tarım, orman, çalı ve yerleşme alanları artacaktır.

Abstract:

In this study, the change in the use of land in the Elazığ province and the factors affecting this change were assessed. The changes in land use have been analyzed by the "Land Use Change Models/Land Use Change Models". The dimensions of change are displayed by the matrix of change, exchange maps and gains-lost graphs. The current satellite images and socio-economic processes have been studied together with variables such as geomorphology, soil, geology, hydrography, soil capacity to explain the changes that occurred. Using these variables and shift matrix, a simulation of land use for 2030 has been created. In the simulation process, the first project of land use with the Markov Chain was performed. Then 6 independent variables, using the artificial nerve networks (YSA), the transition areas are created a map of probability. Finally, the simulation map is obtained with the competitive mechanism Cell Automatic (HO). The findings show that there are major and significant changes in many land use classes. Especially in areas where human pressure is intense and agricultural lands are in the forefront of this aspect. In the future, these areas will be more transformed and transformed. According to the simulation results, the plant coverage will reduce the area of small areas, land areas and land of indoor waters, increasing agriculture, forest, grass and settlement areas.

Abstract:

In this study, the change in land use in Elazig province and the factors affecting this change were evaluated. Changes in land use were analyzed with the “Land Use Change Modeler / Land Change Modeler”. The dimensions of the change are presented by the change matrix, the change maps and the gain-loss graphs. In order to explain the change that took place, current satellite images and socio-economic processes were examined with variables such as geomorphology, soil, geology, hydrography, and land capability. Using these variables and change matrices, land use simulation for 2030 was created. During the simulation process, first of all, land use projection was carried out with “Markov Chains”. Then, by using 6 independent variables, Artificial Neural Networks algorithm (ANN), transition areas probability map were created. Finally, a simulation map was obtained with the competition mechanism Cellular Automata (CA). The results show that there are major and remarkable changes in many land use classes. Especially settlement areas and agricultural lands, where human pressure is intense, come to the fore in this regard. In the future, these areas will undergo more change and transformation. According to simulation results, the area of open spaces with little or no vegetation, pastures" and inland waters will decrease; agriculture lands, forests, bush and settlement fabric areas will increase.
