Hastaneye başvuran hastaların yoğun bakım ihtiyaçları ve yoğun bakımlarda ex olan hasta oranları hizmet alınan sağlık kurumuna göre farklılıklar gösterebilir. Dünyada; ülke bazlı hatta sağlık kurum bazlı yoğun bakım ihtiyacı ile yoğun bakımlarda ex ve iyileşme oranları değişmektedir. Amaç: Kendi kurumumuzda yoğun bakım yatış ve yoğun bakım ex oranlarını belirlemektir. Gereç yöntem: Mart-Aralık ayları arasında COVİD 19 yoğun bakım ve COVİD 19 servislerinde PCR pozitif yatarak tedavi alan hastalar retrospektif olarak taranmıştır Verilerin analizi SPSS 25 programı ile yapılmış ve %95 güven düzeyi ile çalışılmıştır. Bulgular: Hastanemizde 9 aylık süreçte yatan hastaların %11’i yoğun bakıma yatmış ve yoğun bakıma yatanların %47’si ex olmuştur. Ex gün sayısı %40 hasta da ve ilk 2 günde gerçekleşmiştir. Sonuç: Tüm dünya ülkelerinde COVİD 19 takip ve tadavi farklılıkları gerek yoğun bakım gerekse normal servislerdeki morbidite ve mortalite ve iyileşme oranlarını da farklılaştırmıştır. Virüsün mutasyonu ile bu durum daha karmaşık hale gelmiştir.
The patient’s intensive care needs and the patient’s ratio in intensive care can vary according to the health institution served. In the world; country-based and even healthcare institutions-based intensive care needs and intensive care ex and healing rates are changing. Purpose: In our own institution, it is to determine the intensive care and intensive care ex rates. Method: Between March and December, COVID 19 intensive care and COVID 19 services have been scaned retrospective by patients treated with PCR positive bed and data analysis was done with the SPSS 25 program and worked with 95% confidence level. The findings: 11% of patients in our hospital in the course of 9 months were in intensive care and 47% of those in intensive care were ex. The number of ex days occurred in 40% of the patients and in the first 2 days. The result: in all countries of the world, COVID 19 has distinguished the tracking and therapeutic differences and the rates of morbidity and mortality and healing in normal services as well as the need for intensive care. With the mutation of the virus, this situation has become more complicated.
The intensive care needs of the patients admitted to the hospital and the rate of patients who die in intensive care units may differ according to the healthcare institution from which service is received. In the world, the need for intensive care and mortality and recovery rates in intensive care units vary on the basis of country and even health institution. Aim: The purpose of the study was to determine the hospitalization in the intensive care unit and intensive care mortality rates in our own institution. Materials and methods: The patients who were admitted between March and December and received treatment in the PCR positive intensive care unit were retrospectively screened. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS 25 program, and the study was conducted with 95% confidence level. Result: 11% of the patients hospitalized in our hospital in the 9-month period were hospitalized in the intensive care unit, and 47% of the patients in the intensive care unit died. Mortality occurred in 40% patients in the first 2 days of hospitalization in the intensive care unit. Conclusion COVİD 19 follow-up and treatment differences in all countries of the world have also differentiated the morbidity and mortality and recovery rates in both intensive care and normal services. This situation has become more complicated with the mutation of the virus.
