Abstract:

Change is a phenomenon that exists in every field of life and in every period of life. When the change that affects the lifetime of organizations is properly and healthy, positive results can be obtained and the lifetime of the organization can be extended. Change management is very important for managers. When the difficulties encountered in the process of change and the steps to be taken to eliminate these difficulties, it appears that these steps include the fundamental elements of the concept of strategic intention. Planning a change in the organization, determining a difficult mission to, will help to eradicate the obstacles in the process that the strategic intention that motivates employees to realize this vision and creates a retardation in the organization has begun to operate before the change process. Thus, strategic intention will become an important tool that can be used in the success of change management.
