Akıl, irade ve muhakeme gibi özelliklerle mükerrem bir şekilde yaratılan insan, bir imtihan gayesi ile fâni âleme gönderilmiştir. Ancak o, yalnız bırakılmamış, dünya ve âhiret saadetini temin eden ilâhî ilkeleri muhtevî sahifeler ve kitaplarla desteklenmiştir. İlâhî mesaj, Hz. Muhammed (s.a.s.) ile son bulan peygamberler vasıtası ile insanlara iletilmiştir. Peygamberlerin aslî görevi Allah’tan aldıkları ilâhî emirleri doğru ve eksiksiz bir şekilde insanlara tebliğdir. Bu çerçevede son ilâhî kitabın mübelliği olan Hz. Peygamber de bu vazifeyi eksiksiz bir şekilde gerçekleştirmiştir. Pek çok konuda hayatımıza ışık tutan Kur’ân, tebliğin nasıl olması gerektiğine dair temel referans noktalarını da bize sunmaktadır. Kur’ân, tebliğ konusunda Hz. Peygamber’in, bu sorumluluğu nasıl icra edeceğine, hangi aşamalarla bunu gerçekleştireceğine, merkezden çevreye doğru nasıl bir yöntem izleyeceğine dair bir yol haritası çizmiştir. Hz. Peygamber de yirmi üç yıllık risâleti boyunca, Kur’ân’ın belirlediği yöntem çerçevesinde tebliğ görevini yerine getirmiştir. Bu makalede tebliğ ile ilgili Kur’ân’ın ortaya koyduğu temel ilkeler ve tebliğin aşamaları ele alınacak böylece İslâm’ın muhataplara ulaştırılmasında uyulması gereken düsturların neler olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılacaktır
Man, who was created with such features as mind, will and reasoning, was sent to the world with the aim of a challenge. However, he was not left alone and was supported by pages and books containing divine principles that ensure happiness in the world and the hereafter. The divine message was conveyed to people through the prophets who ended with Muhammad (pbuh). The primary duty of the prophets is to convey the divine orders they receive from Allah to people accurately and completely. In this context, prophet Muhammad, who was the messenger of the last divine book, fulfilled this duty perfectly. The Qur’an, which sheds light on our lives on many issues, also presents us with the basic reference points about how the teaching should be. The Qur’an has drawn a road map on how the Prophet will carry out this responsibility, in what stages he will realize it, and what kind of method he will follow from the center to the surroundings. During his mission of twenty-three years, the Prophet fulfilled his duty of conveying in the best way within the framework of the method determined by the Qur’an. In this article, the basic principles of the Qur’an and the stages of notification will be discussed; Thus, it will be tried to determine the principles that must be followed in conveying Islam to the addressees.
