Peygamberliğin Mekke dönemi, vahyin söylemine paralel olarak değişen ve zamanla artan müşrik muhalefeti nedeniyle hem Hz. Peygamber hem de Müslümanlar açısından giderek zorlaşan bir dönem olmuştur. Yaşanan zorlu hayat şartları, döneme ait tarihi verilerin günümüze aktarılmasına da önemli ölçüde engel teşkil etmiştir. Bütün bu olumsuzluklara rağmen, ilgili sûrelerde dönemin şartları çerçevesinde ne tür mesajlar verildiğinin tespiti, Kur’an’ın bu güne hitabının ne olduğunu anlama noktasında gerekli bir adımdır. Bu nedenle sayısal anlamda Kur’an’ın çoğunluğunu oluşturan Mekke dönemi sûrelerinin, döneme ait tarihi olaylarla bağlantılı olarak incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Mekke döneminde yaşanan gelişmelerin vahiyle birlikte okunması şeklinde bir yöntem izlenen bu çalışmada, muhasara yıllarının bitiminden hicrete kadar olan zaman aralığındaki surelerin ortak içerikleri ele alınmıştır. Bu döneme ait surelerin tespiti, ilgili nüzûl rivayetleri ve sûre içeriklerinden istifade edilerek tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda siret-nüzûl ilişkisi bağlamında yapılan diğer bazı çalışmalardan da yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmamızda, hicrete yakın zamanda vahyin hangi muhataplara, hangi üslup ve içerikle hitap ettiği belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde ettiğimiz veriler, bu dönemde nâzil olan âyet ve surelerin sosyal sorumluluklar açısından önemli mesajlar içerdiğini ortaya koymuştur. İlgili mesajlar başlıklar halinde tespit edilerek, dönemin olayları doğrultusunda izah edilmiştir. Yaptığımız bu çalışmanın, vahyin ilk muhataplar üzerinden ortaya koyduğu toplumsal sorumlulukların daha iyi anlaşılmasına katkı sunacağını ümit ediyoruz.

The difficult living conditions have also significantly prevented the transmission of historical data from the time to the present day. Despite all these negatives, the determination of what kind of messages are given in the relevant sections in the context of the period is a necessary step in the point of understanding what the Qur’an’s word is to this day. Therefore, most of the Qur’an in numerical sense must be studied in relation to the historical events of the time. In this study, a method followed in the form of the reading of the developments in the time of Mecca along with the revelation, the common contents of the sures in the time range from the end of the accounting years to the Hicret were discussed. This is the time of the worship, the time of the worship, the time of the worship, and the time of the worship. It has also been used for some other studies in the context of the siret-nuzul relationship. In our study, the Hicret has recently been trying to determine which interlocutors, with which style and content the Revelation addresses. The data we obtain reveal that the verses and the surrender that are noted in this period contain important messages in terms of social responsibilities. Related messages are identified in titles, explained in accordance with the events of the time. We hope that this work we do will contribute to a better understanding of the social responsibilities revealed by the Revelation through the first interlocutors.
