Abstract:

In this study, the determination of the type of ideal vessel, which a special vessel can build, has been implemented using the foolish AHP and foolish TOPSIS methods synthesized with foolish logic from the multi-criteria decision-making methods they can apply in the decision-making stages in order to ensure that the vessel can succeed in the competitive environment in the world market. For this purpose, the general information and literature provided in the first part, followed by the decision making in the second part, the methods of decision making in the third part, the absurd logic and methods in the fourth part, and the data obtained by application in the fifth part. In the last section, the results and evaluations obtained from the work are given. With the development of technology and the evolution of customer demands and shipping types, shipping industry companies that enter their place in the market are increasing the importance they give especially to the project management. In the shipbuilding sector, companies that want to advance in project management are recommended to adopt the decision-making and multi-critical decision-making methods examined in this study and to use these methods in every decision-making stage in the enterprise. In each separate decision-making phase, the appropriate method is simply integrated into processes and contributes greatly to the improvement of processes and decisions.
