During the period of this study, due to the frequent use of passengers for overnight accommodation, but in the future, they lost their former importance; Dibi Delik Han, which faces structural deterioration, abuse and almost extinction risk, is discussed. The historical structure, which has lost its original use, is aimed to be evaluated for its re-functioning by making spatial analysis with SWOT analysis method. With the spatial analysis made in this direction; Answers to the question of how suitable the current state of the Han structure is, both functionally and physically, for the subsequently loaded function. In the structure examined through this method, the function to be loaded into the structure; environmental, architectural and technical aspects have been identified by analysing their opportunities and threats by revealing their strengths and weaknesses. As a result of the analyses, a systematic evaluation of the re-functioning suggestions was made and selection criteria were determined based on functional suggestions. As a result; While the advantages and disadvantages of alternative functions are put forward for reasons, it should be noted that the architectural originality of the building should not be spoiled, although it is a correct decision to maintain the existence of the building whose historical value has been lost.
