Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to study the levels of career attitude according to the different variables of young individuals. The study group was created by participating a total of 173 students, including 105 (60.7) men and 68 (39.3) women, who are studying in the Department of Sports Management of the Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa School of Sports Sciences. The study, in addition to the personal information form, developed by Rottinghaus, Day and Borgen (2005) and used the "Career Future Scale (KARGEL)" in the validity and reliability study by Kalafat (2012). The KARGEL 5 type of liquid consists of 25 ingredients, 3 sub-dimensions. After the normality test of Kolmogorov-Smirnov found that the data did not show normal distribution, the analysis applied the Mann Whitney U test for two variable data, and the Kruskall Wallis test for more than two variables. According to the gender, class and academic ratings of individuals, significant differences between the KARGEL sub-dimensions have been identified. As a result, the conclusion is that young individuals change their career attitudes according to different variables, and that academic success has an impact on their career attitudes.
