Bu çalışmada 2008-2017 yılları arasında Fen Bilimleri öğretim programını değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılan lisansüstü eğitim tezlerinin meta-sentez yöntemiyle incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ve doküman incelemesine dayalı çalışmada söz konusu tarihler arasında yapılan 22 lisansüstü eğitim tezi incelenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde NVivo programı ve içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda; programın kazanımlarının, içeriğinin, öğretme öğrenme sürecinin ve değerlendirme boyutunun iyi hazırlandığı belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte; hazırlanan tasarının uygulamaya yeterince geçirilemediği, süreçte geleneksel öğretim yöntem ve tekniklerin kullanıldığı, etkinlerin uygulanması için sürenin yetersiz kaldığı, alternatif ölçme-değerlendirme yöntemlerinin kullanılmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca; programın uygulandığı okulların ve sınıfların fiziki koşullarının yetersiz olduğu, materyal sorunu yaşandığı ve programı uygulayan öğretmenlerin yeterliklerinde sorunlar yaşandığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
In this study, the aim of the study is to study the postgraduate education theses conducted in order to evaluate the Science curriculum between 2008 and 2017 using the meta-synthetic method. The study on the basis of the quality research method and document examination examined 22 postgraduate study theses conducted between the dates concerned. In data analysis, the NVivo program and the content analysis method were used. The result of the study is that the achievements of the program, the content, the teaching learning process and the evaluation size are well prepared. However, it has been revealed that the prepared design is not sufficiently implemented, that the process uses traditional teaching methods and techniques, that the time for the implementation of the effects remains insufficient, that alternative measurement and evaluation methods are not used. In addition, the conclusion was that the physical conditions of the schools and classes in which the program was implemented were insufficient, material problems and problems in the skills of the teachers in which the program was implemented.
The aim of this study is to examine theses aiming to evaluate Science curriculum and completed between the years 2008-2017 by using meta-synthesis method. In the study based on the qualitative research method and the document analysis, 22 post-graduate education theses were examined. In the analysis of the data, NVivo program and content analysis method were used. At the end of study; it was found that the objectives of the curriculum, its content, its teaching learning process and its evaluation dimensions had been well prepared. However, it has been revealed that the prepared design could not be passed to the application adequately, the traditional teaching methods and techniques were used in the process, the time allocated for the activities was inadequate to achieve the objectives and alternative measurement and evaluation methods were not used adequately. Also; that the physical conditions of the schools and classes which the curriculum was applied was not appropriate, that there was a teaching material problem, and that there were problems in the competencies of the teachers who implement the curriculum.
