Healthcare facilities carry out their objectives through occupations with high organizational commitment. One of the main factors affecting the organizational commitment of health care providers is the leadership behaviors exhibited by the managers. For this reason, health care providers have to provide the organizational commitment of the employees they work with. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of leadership behaviors in health care services on organizational commitment through meta-analysis. In this context, a meta-analysis of 24 studies was conducted that did not examine the relationship between leadership behaviors and organizational commitment in the health sector and provided the data required for meta-analysis. The results of the research were obtained using a meta-analysis program. In the study conducted in the random effects model, leadership and organizational commitment in health services were found to be moderate and positive with a value of 0.35 (G.A; 0.26-0.45; p<0.05) and it was found to be statistically significant. It was determined that the studies examined within the scope of this research did not act as moderator in terms of article or thesis (Qb=4.60, p>0.05). As a result, the leadership behaviors of health care managers in health care services have an effect on the organizational commitment of those who work.
