COVİD-19 Pandemisinin bu süreçte en zorlu ve önemli rolü üstlenen sağlık çalışanlarının psikolojileri üzerindeki etkilerini analiz etmek sürecin etkili yönetimi için oldukça değerlidir. İçinde bulunduğumuz durumun benzersiz özelliklerinin kavramları ve aralarındaki ilişkileri nasıl şekillendirdiğini keşfetmek literatüre de önemli katkı sağlayacaktır. Pandeminin getirdiği stresörler nedeni ile olumsuz duygunun sık ve yüksek seviyelerde yaşanması beklenen bir durumdur. İşin niteliği gereği iletişimin, insan temasının ve etkileşimin sık ve önemli olduğu bu alanda, sağlık çalışanlarının hastalara ve çalışma arkadaşlarına yaşadıkları duyguları yansıtırken deneyimledikleri duygusal emek yüksek önem arz etmektedir. İşlerine duydukları tutku ve iş aile zenginleşmesi, çalışanların pandeminin olumsuz psikolojik etkileri ile baş ederken kullanabilecekleri en önemli kaynaklar olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Bu araştırma sağlık sektörü çalışanlarının duygusal emekleri üzerinde iş tutkusunun doğrudan ve iş aile zenginleşmesi aracılığı ile etkilerini araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma için, İstanbul Sabahattin Zaim Üniversitesi Etik Kurulundan etik kurul onayı alınmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 138 sağlık çalışanına ulaşılmış ve toplanan veriler SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçları uyumlu tutkunun iş aile zenginleşmesinin her iki boyutunu olumlu yönde etkilediğini, yüzeysel duygusal emek üzerinde anlamlı, doğrudan ve negatif etkisinin, samimi duygular üzerinde ise pozitif etkisinin olduğunu göstermiştir. Aileden işe zenginleşme derin duygusal emeği anlamlı seviyede artırmaktadır. Uyumlu tutkunun iş aile zenginleşmesi aracılığı ile derin duygusal emek ve yüzeysel duygusal emek üzerinde anlamlı dolaylı etkisi olduğu bulunmuştur. Sağlık çalışanlarının iş tutkusunu artıracak politikalar, etkili liderlik ve insan kaynakları uygulamaları deneyimledikleri duygusal emek üzerinde doğrudan etkiye sahip olacaktır. Bunun yanında çalışanların yaşamlarının önemli bir bileşeni olan aileleri ile birlikte ele alınması ve iş aile dengesini destekleyecek uygulamalarla iş aile zenginleşmesinin olumlu etkisinden yararlanılması yüksek önem arz etmektedir.
Analysis of the effects of COVID-19 Pandemic on the psychology of health workers who have played the most challenging and important role in this process is very valuable for the effective management of the process. Discovering how the unique characteristics of the situation we are in form the concepts and the relationships between them will also make a significant contribution to literature. The cause of the stressors caused by the pandemic is a condition that is expected to experience frequent and high levels of negative emotions. Because of the nature of the work, in this area where communication, human contact and interaction are frequent and important, the emotional work that healthcare workers experience to reflect the emotions they experience to their patients and colleagues is of high importance. The passion they hear for their work and the enrichment of the work family are highlighted as the most important resources that employees can use when dealing with the negative psychological effects of the pandemic. This research aims to explore the effects of the job passion on the emotional work of health workers directly and through the work family enrichment. For the research, the Ethics Board approval was received from the Ethics Board of the Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. The data collected from 138 health workers were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs. The results of the study showed that harmonious passion positively affects both dimensions of business family enrichment, its meaningful, direct and negative effects on superficial emotional work, and its positive effects on intimate emotions. Wealthing from family to work increases deep emotional work significantly. Compatible passion has been found to have a meaningful indirect effect on deep emotional work and surface emotional work through the work-family enrichment. The policies that will increase the job passion of health workers, effective leadership and human resource practices will have a direct impact on the emotional work they experience. In addition, it is of great importance that employees are treated together with their families, which are an important part of their lives, and that practices that support the work-family balance benefit from the positive effects of the work-family enrichment.

Due to the stressors brought by the pandemic, negative emotions are expected to be experienced frequently and at high levels. Communication, human contact and interaction are frequent and crucial in healthcare profession due to the nature of the job, thus, the emotional labor experienced by employees while reflecting their feelings on patients and colleagues is of great importance. The passion for work and the work family enrichment stand out as the most important resources that employees can utilize to cope with the negative psychological effects of the pandemic. This research aims to investigate the direct and indirect (through work family enrichment) effects of work passion on the levels of emotional labor of healthcare professionals. The research tools are approved by İstanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Ethics Committee. Within the scope of the research, 138 healthcare professionals were reached and the data collected was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs. The results of the study showed that harmonious passion affects both dimensions of work family enrichment positively and significantly, has direct and negative effect on surface acting and positive effect on expression of naturally felt emotions. Family to work enrichment increases deep acting significantly. Harmonious passion has a significant indirect effect on deep acting and surface acting through work family enrichment. Policies, effective leadership and human resources practices that will increase the passion of workforce can have a direct impact on the emotional labor levels of employees. In addition, it is of great importance to consider employees with their families, which is an important component of the employees' lives, and to benefit from the positive effects of work family enrichment through practices that will support the work-family balance.
