Leptospirozisli Danalarda Oksidatif Stres ve Bazı Biyokimyasal Parametreler

Abstract:

Bu çalışma, leptospirozisli danalarda oksidatif stres ve bazı biyokimyasal parametrelerdeki değişimleri belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın materyalini 3-5 aylık 10 adet leptospirozis tanısı konan dana ile aynı yaşlarda 10 adet sağlıklı danadan oluşan toplam 20 adet dana oluşturmuştur. Tüm hayvanlarda malondialdehid (MDA), plazma katalaz (CAT) ve glutathiyonperoksidaz (GSH-Px), total protein, albumin, alkalen fosfataz (ALP), aspartat aminotransferaz (AST), laktat dehidrogenaz (LDH), gama glutamiltransferaz (GGT), kan üre nitrojen (BUN), glikoz ve total bilirubin düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, MDA düzeylerinin leptospirozisli grupta kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak (P<0.01) daha yüksek, GSH-Px ve CAT düzeylerinin ise daha düşük (P<0.05) olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca ALP, AST, LDH, GGT, BUN, total bilirubin ve total protein düzeylerinin leptospirozisli hastalarda kontrollere nazaran yüksek olduğu, albümin ve glikoz düzeylerinin ise hasta grupta düşük olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, leptospirozisli danalarda hastalık esnasında oksidatif stresin geliştiği saptanmış ve bu hastalıkta karaciğer ve böbreğin etkilendiğine işaret eden biyokimyasal verilere ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

This study was done to determine oxidative stress and changes in some biochemical parameters in leptospirosis. The material of the study was created by a total of 20 funds consisting of 10 healthy funds in the same age with 10 leptospirosis diagnosed in 3-5 months. In all animals, malondialdehyd (MDA), plasma catalase (CAT) and glutathiyonperoxidase (GSH-Px), total protein, albumin, alkaline phosphate (ALP), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), gamma glutamiltransferase (GGT), blood urine nitrogen (BUN), glucose and total bilirubin levels have been determined. The study found that the MDA levels were statistically higher (P<0.01) compared to the control group in the leptospirosis group, while the GSH-Px and CAT levels were lower (P<0. It was found to be 05. ALP, AST, LDH, GGT, BUN, total bilirubin and total protein levels were found to be higher than controlled in patients with leptospirosis, while albumin and glucose levels were low in the patient group. As a result, leptospirosis cells have been found that oxidative stress develops during the disease and biochemical data have been obtained indicating that the liver and kidney are affected in this disease.
