Catholic society doctrine or social Catholicism, Pope XIII. Leo's general edition, published in 1891, begins with Rerum novarum and often refers to a culture that continues to date in the style of the Pope's general edition. The topics in which the Roman Catholic Church’s approaches to political, social and economic issues are revealed and the focus of this series of generals, which is spread over a period of approximately a hundred and fifty years, vary depending on the conditions of the period in which they are published. This study is called the modern or Leocu of the Catholic community doctrine and II. The Vatican Council (1962-1965) was the last year. The focus of the papal generalities published during this period is the proposals for solutions to improve these conditions with the extremely negative working and living conditions in which the working class in the industrialized Western countries is exposed. These solutions are formed on the basis of liberalism and capitalism and criticism of socialism, and over time they turn into an effort to find a midway between these ideologies. Social Catholicism, initially moving on a socio-economic foundation, becomes an effort to adjust to some modern principles and institutions, where the Catholic Church always shows a hostile attitude – such as democracy, human rights and freedoms, social justice. This transformation is extremely important. The Catholic Church, therefore, has not only set the foot to the age but also prepared the ground for the formation of contemporary conservative thought and the Christian democracy movement, which has shaped the political life of Western Europe after World War II.
