Education is a process that enables individuals to develop by providing them with knowledge, skills and competence. The emergence of this process as a right has enabled the development of not only individuals but also societies. In this respect, education, which is accepted as a driving force of both economic growth and development, is also seen as a very effective factor in terms of human development. Accordingly, education has been expressed as an important factor affecting welfare in societies. Because there is an important relationship between the ability of individuals to lead a life worthy of human dignity and their education level. The aim of this study is to establish a relationship between education, which is a right for everyone, and welfare parameters. For this purpose, the emergence of education as a right has been explained, and the perspectives of different welfare regimes on education have been analyzed through the prominent welfare measurement indicators, and the relationship between vocational education and welfare has been discussed. In this discussion, vocational education system is suggested as a factor that increases the welfare of individuals and examples of developed countries are presented. In this context, not every country included in welfare regimes was mentioned in the study focused only on selected, representative leading countries.
