Central Asia is one of the least integrated regions to the international system of the world. So, these transition economies have confronted with a series of problems primarily political. These challenges and confrontations are originated with human, geographic and economic reasons as well as their geopolitical positions in context of attractiveness for regional and international powers. Therefore Central Asia countries are in dilemma of strengthening of their sovereignty and confronting with challenges. Actually, many of the problems of Central Asia are heritage of the Soviet policies and era besides lack of capacity. Additionally, the problem of radicalism also is external entropy for the region. Therefore, most plausible answer is regional cooperation and alliance for tackling of these challenges. In this essay, the regional ecurity problems of Central Asia are being analyzed by the case of Kyrgyz-Uzbek conflict in context of Regional Security Complex Theory
