Sufism has moved in concert with the principle of the undivisible unity of the theory and practice. Naturally, when it comes to human, each term about human has been related and in interaction with one another. To reveal the semantic relation among these terms would be an important step for a better understanding of sufism. The problem addressed in this article is to reveal the relationship between concepts "body", "soul", "heart", "mind" and an-Nafs. Up Until today, these mentioned concepts have generally been used in the studies about an-Nafs. A compulsory relationship has been approved between an-Nafs and these ones. We also agree that there is a relationship among these concepts. However, the reason why this relationship has been established remains incomplete. In the article, a method study is conducted to make a contribution to the mentioned incomplete issue. Keywords: Sufism, an-Nafs, Body, Soul, Heart, Mind.
