The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between percep-tion of organizational justice and job satisfaction among the employees of the Presidency of Religious Affairs. Studies in the literature show that there is a relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. However, there was no study about the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction among the employees of the Presidency of Religious Affairs. Job satisfaction which means being satisfied with the job undertaken, can increase the working efficiency of employees. The employee who thinks the organization is fair is satisfied with the job. Correlational descriptive survey used in this study type and for data collection, organizational justice and job satisfaction questionnaires were used. Sampling consists of 380 employees from the Presidency of Religious Affairs working in Antalya. For analyzing the data, statistical methods like Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Pearson Correlation Coefficient were utilized. As a result of the study, we found a positive correlation between the organizational justice perception of the employees of the Presidency of Religious Affairs between professional satisfaction. We determined that the perception of organizational justice explained 17% of the total variance related to the level of job satisfaction.
