This study aims to interpret either there is an effect of organizational culture and justice perception on the satisfaction from leadership which is considered to have an effect on the performance of individuals or there is a mediational effect of justice perception on the relationship between organizational culture and satisfaction from leadership The data was gathered from 232 banking sector employees The data was analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis Result showed that there was an effect of both organizational culture and justice perception on the satisfaction from leadership Besides justice perception had a mediational effect on the relationship between organizational culture and satisfaction from the leader Keywords: Organizational behavior Organizational Culture Justice Perception Satisfaction Mediational effect
